Help Disabling Unknown Feature

Some feature must of gotten enabled by mistake and I have looked all over the settings menu but can't seem to find how to disable it. When I open a folder I get an audible notification " the folder is now open" and when I close it I get a similar notification. Anyone know what feature this is and where in settings to disable it?

You have the Driving Mode on....In Settings, go to Language and Input and then go to Text to Speech Output and turn it off...

You have the Driving Mode on....In Settings, go to Language and Input and then go to Text to Speech Output and turn it off...

And if it's not driving mode go settings/ accessibility/ talkback (turn it off).

Apparently its a known compatibility issue with light flow app
