No apps in general such as games and other apps like Titanium backup
When i go to Manage applications, I can see them
Example: com.beepstreet.speedx
They are grey and can only be uninstalled

all of them were on sd because there is a little sd icon

Try and put your apps on the main memory instead of the SD card.

Yes, I realize this. But it may be the solution to your problem.

Are you checking this shortly after you boot up? I know it takes a minute or 2 for the apps on my sdcard to show.

Just makin sure, alot of times the easiest explanation is the easiest to miss.
I had google sky disappear just out of the blue. Only app so far, and I rarely turn off my phone it usually stays on and I noticed it only because I scrolled past the screen it was on and it had the green/white box instead of the icon. Haven't figured out how or why it was deleted but luckily it was quickly fixed by titanium backup....
