Help Disappearing icons

Curious if anybody has had problems with the icons disappearing. Sometimes after being in the browser or other applications, when I exit out, all the icons are missing. I only see the dock applications. When I open the app drawer, all the apps are missing. After 1-2 minutes the icons will return. It happens several times a day. I am running the stock launcher, no task killers. It happens most consistently when exiting the browser. If nobody else is having this problem, I will exchange the phone. Any feedback, yes or no, would be helpful.
