Help disappearing texts

[movingonagain]

I am looking back on a text stream on the ZTE Avid. My texts are still there, but the texts of the person responding to me are disappearing. They date back to February of this year and the phone still shows the original number of texts next to the name. Can I recover these? Thanks in advance.

i do not think there is no option to recover any msgs however, you can solve this problem by resetting the phone. Have a try.....
