Help Disaster: most apps forceclose on power up, most ac**** info gone

So the phone just quit in the middle of messing around in an app. Powered up, and get like 20 messages of apps forcing close. Most of my info is gone, like my bookmarks, my facebook app doesn't know me. Most of the widgets are dead. What do i do? Is it the internal memory that is cooked? Help anybody???

Uninstall and reinstall the apps

Could be internal, could be SD. Can you tell if all the failing apps are preloaded apps or all market apps that you've installed? Are you receiving any messages for SD failing to mount or similar?
