Is it ok to install over an old version with just a davlik and cache wipe?

^^ I don't see why not, i have done it a couple of times, but depending on how old your existing version is it may be recommended to to do a data wipe.

1.3 Fixed some of the stability issues and replaced DSP Manager with Awesome Beats so the Sony Music Player in Timescape can take advantage of Beats Audio

I'm S-on.
In Mobster V2 he says you have to be S-off. Just wondering if that applies here too, or if your changes allow for S-on. Thanks for your work.

Didn't mean to thank this post lol damn tapatalk but anywho this is the same exact thing as mobster rom but has the stock launcher and a few other HTC things

The only work-around for S-ON users is to use 4Ext recovery and Enable Smart Flash

It doesn't feel like more stock-ish the app icon some are different and the color when you go to the setting and notification bar quick setting color is different too

I was thinking that at first to but it turned out alright just had to learn where everything was again.

Its only difference is the stock launcher and lockscreen, the only reason this originally exists is for my own use, I just upload it and post it because there were others who liked mobsterROM but wanted the stock lockscreen and launcher. If there are changes that anyone wants i'd be glad to make them.

Well you can make it more stock-ish

That's when I use to be in midnightrom because everything was more like a stock but with a lot tweaks and mods
