Discount on the Incredible?

Was anyone able to get a discount on the incredible as an existing customer? I'm talking about discounts other than the new every 2 and online instant rebate. I have heard rumblings of "a customer appreciation" discount.

It's probably $150 = $50 NE2 and $100 = $100 old NE2

Due to problems with my blackberry storm 9530 and talking to a supervisor. , The starting price was $299.99, Supervisor then moved my upgrade date to 4/1/2010. So that was $100.00 off, plus if you order online and renew contracty for 2years you get $100.00 instant rebate. i paid $106.99 with Tax.

Paid $109.24 (yay 10% Chicago tax... )

I renewed my contract for another 2 years for the $230 off, then I have the old New Every 2 which is $100 off, and then an Instant $100 rebate for doing the transaction online. Came out to $99.99 before tax.

Yea it depends when you last got it, how much the plan you had for the last 2 years cost, etc..

typically most people get the $50 NE2

I'm not sure how you ended up with only $30

I paid 106 as well with 2 year upgrade. My contracts ends in december/2010 so I when I called to upgrade they told me I am will be getting additional for extra $100 discount for being verizoncustomer.

I was going to cancel my service but after hearing the upgrade discount i went ahead and upgraded

Hmm... when I try to preorder on Verizon, I only get the $100 online instant rebate. So mine comes to $214.00 for the device. Shouldn't I be getting another $100 off for renewing for another 2 years?

Me too, I was surprised at first why most were only paying $10 on taxes, I thought I did something wrong. Then I saw it was taxes on full retail price Pretty stupid if you ask me.
