Thanks, I ran a "make clean" on it and resynced. Running a build now, may take some time. ICS seems to like a slow build for some reason.

No it doesnt matter.

You just ran make clean so now your starting from 0% again.
you should have just run make bacon -j2 after you re synced and it would have continued from there. So I guess in the next day or so you will be at where you were before.
