Help Disk Drive when I plug in USB

Until a week ago when I plugged my phone into my PC or car (media) i would have the option to "charge only" or select "disk drive". That doesn't happen now when I do it. Any suggestions?
 
Did you look at Settings, Connect to PC ?
Maybe there is Disk drive as default and Don't ask me ... checked.
