This display breaks down how your battery is being used. Sine the last reboot it looks like you haven't used your phone for anything other than the basic display....no apps or other usage of any kind. Another way to look at it is if you let your phone sit w/o using it for any purpose other than the basic display until the battery was down to 50% the amount of display usage would still be in the same range.

Then unfortunately have don't have a good answer for you other than trying the battery widget I remember you having installed.....maybe someone else has some info on why you don't have a complete usage breakdown
Lets say that from 100% to 73%, you have been using the phone for 90 minutes on twitter, tapatalk, talk and the Iphone website 
(just kidding). Your screen has been on for 95% of that time. In other words, for 90 minutes, the screen has been on 95% of 90 minutes (or however long it was since fully charged)
Does that make sense?
