Help DL Zip to Phone

MY DL failed when I tried to get 928 Black Glass direct from the site to my phone. Error message about browser not recognizing file type. I know I need to change a setting somewhere but cannot find it. Anyone know? I got around it by using my PC and moving it manually but I'd like to know for future reference.
