Root DL30 to EB01 procedure??

I saw the Q&A thread, but I figured my thread would be different enough.

I'm on DL30 right now with the DJ05 radio. Would I need to wipe everything to switch to EB01? Or, can I swap without wiping? I really don't wanna install all my apps again one by one...

If you backup your apps with titanium backup, then you can restore all (or missing) apps with data at once. No need to do them one at a time. Also, I read that it is recommened to wipe data/cache before this rom as with any other rom that you flash. I would like to confirm the order at which all steps are done though. I THINK it goes in this order, please someone correct me if I'm wrong and i will edit.

1)backup current rom
2)wipe data/cache more than once
3)flash updated cwr if already on dl30 or it can be pushed through odin if needed (this is the new red one)
4)push new eb01 modem through Odin
5)flash eb01 rom of choice
6)backup
7)flash theme and or accessories

So there is another new cmw update for this? One different than the updated one for dl30? This one is red? I thought red was voodoo only? Man have I missed out the last two days from being busy.

I went from DL30 with the DL09 modem by installing EB01 modem with Odin, then wiped Data and Cache, installed the EB01 zip file, then did an Advanced Restore of Data only from my DL30 backup.

Then I applied the Puzzle lock screen, Accurate Battery Fix zip file.

Everything is working great. :)

There is a red recovery that worked with the non-voodoo dl30. That is the one you would want. Its flashable though and will take you from green to red.

Clockwork Mod .zip file (for existing CWM users) (updated 2/7):

You restored data huh? Sounds tempting... Keep us informed if it starts to fudge up on ya.

Although I wiped myself, some people are reporting that if you were on adrynalyne's superclean 1.0 that you dont have to wipe going to 2.0

i wiped anyway, just in case.. now i'm having issues with Titanium backup FCing on batch restore.. ugh! this sucks!

What is the benefit of "upgrading" to eb01?

I'm currently on dl30 from dl09.

I nandroided, wiped, installed everything, then did a advance restore w/data. Didn't loose a thing. Works perfectly. Froyo + Voodoo is the shiz.

At what point do you push the modem file? or does it matter?

Nevermind. Got it. I just did it first and then nand backup, wipe, etc.
