Do highly hackable phones with 4G under $100 exist?

[fulloflove]

I would just like to find a phone that is low priced yet still feature packed. Details like pixel size, ram, etc don't bother me.

To get anything close to what you want for $100 you'll have to go for a used phone.

Thanks. Yes I'm well aware of that.

If your willing to go under contract to get one, sure there are some.

Off contract no, you'll have to search ebay/Craigs list for a used one as stated above.

I'm wondering what features your looking for?

As far as cheap and great development support you can't go wrong with the galaxy nexus. Many nexus users have upgraded to the new nexus 4 so that should be pretty cheap on the secondary market now

Also what you mean by hacked phones. Any phone can be hacked but boost runs a nice set up and once rooted feels better
