Root Do i need bootstrap

I downloaded rom manager so do i need it for roms and themes?

The only real use for Rom Manager is for flashing the latest version of CWM and fixing permissions. Bootstrap is probably the fastest way to get into CWM. It also is initially the first way to get into CWM.

Yeah as a premium user from way back im disappointed with rom manager these days... maybe its just the bionic but there are no roms in it lol...

Try romtoolbox it is an all in one. Boot into recovery, change boot animations, and a bunch more tweeks.

Alright gonna give it a whirl. Just Noticed that im having bat issues now after root. Normally at this point of the day with my usage, nothing more then normal, im 3/4 bat life. Im sitting at half. Seems odd unless titanium backup is the issue.
