Root Do I need to uninstall root applications

For 2.2 OTA someday, I know I need to put my bloatware back on. Do I need to uninstall my rooted software apps also, or do they just stop working?
 
Just add your bloatware back. As long as you haven't themed anything and you have your bloat back you should be fine.
