Root Do I need to update anything after root?

So I rooted last night and flashed DC 3.2.3. Everything is working great and it's a huge improvement over stock. Battery life is just insane now. Anyway, I'm a newb to all this and I'm not sure if I need to update my radio or what to do next. I'm just not sure how to proceed now. Below is my software info.

Anyone care to help explian to a noob how to flash the latest radio?

Ok I'm good to go now, got the latest radio flashed. It's a very simple process after you've rooted. Head over to xda and start reading. If a total newb like me can do it, anyone can. It's well worth the effort.
