Help Do not disturb

Does anyone know of a way to get something like the Do Not Disturb feature on the iPhone on the S3?

Apparently Verizon removed teh setting so they can charge you for an additional service, but creating a shortcut should work as outlined in that thread.

I love how Apple made an entire ad touting this functionality while the S3 has the same (or very similar) thing available. Akin to their ad making a big deal about noise canceling- something pretty common across smartphones at this point.
