I compared my screens to another optimus v and my screen is dimmer on the same settings. have you compared to another v and were they the same? (I'm running a rom so does that make a difference?)
That's not necessarily a bad thing because you could be getting better battery life than the other person. Also if it's not bothering you it's not a big deal at all! As long as you don't have trouble seeing it. Can you see it decently well indoors with the brightness all the way down? If you can it's not a problem at all
