Do towers mean anything?

I went on antennasearch.com and found a clearwire tower .13 miles from my house. Does that mean I will get 4g coverage. The 3g coverage at my house isn't very good. does that mean I won't get 4g either

Not necessarily. There are tons of clearwire towers near me and I have no 4g coverage.

Does it say Clearwire Spectrum Holdings Iii, Llc? I think that just means they own the spectrum and have a place holder for it. I see a few near my house too, should be good signs for the future.
