Do you actually use your s-pen?

I dunno if it makes a difference, but I'm rooted and I'm using launcher pro.

You say you're rooted, are you using a TouchWiz ROM as you'll need to be. Check it's enabled in:

Settings > Motion > Palm swipe to capture

This is taken from Jelly Bean but it should be similar in ICS.

I tryed this and mine is still set for left handed even after reboot. It never changes

Oh well, since upgrading to Jelly Bean it sticks to the correct setting so the problem is solved for me and I'm actually using the S-Pen now.

I figured it out thanks to my friend who just got a note 2. I swiped ever which way EXCEPT for the way I was suppose to... I like it, it's faster.

LOL! Don't you just love when clarify strikes!

Oh and I use my S-Pen all the time. Recently got the BT S-Pen. Little awkward at first since you're not holding something as skinny as the regular pen.
