I definitely do and have seen no negative side effects. I run the stability test for several hours or so to determine if my Triumph can handle a specific CPU frequency without issue. So far I have been up to 1.6 and 1.7, but no higher than that. I have settled in at 1.6 though.

Well one negative side effect would be (literally) frying your hardware...

But I always overclock, usually up to 2.016 and stable depending on gov/io config. I'm usually stable with most everything up to 1.901.

Another good question... do you UNDERclock? and how much I usually go down to 25 but may have to bump up to 60 if I'm running a music player while the phone is on standby.
