Do you pay difference in exchanges?

I am below the 14 day exchange limit. if i want the thunderbolt from the Dinc, do i only pay for the difference or do I have to pay for the whole phone?
 
Generally, if you do an exchange within the 14 days with cs over the phone you would pay the full 2year price plus a restock fee. You would get a full refund for the first device (DInc in this case) when you return it.

In the store though I dunno.
 
You would pay the difference, plus the restocking fee. They're not going to make you pay for the TB on top of the INC you're returning. :)
 
TBolt is 249.99. Im not sure what you paid for the DInc, for the sake of argument, lets say 50. You order a tbolt with cs over 611. You pay 249.99+35 restock fee. AFTER you return the DInc you get refunded the 50 you originally paid.
