Always. The last time I had a phone without a case it fell and shattered. Whether or not that may have happened even with a case will never be known, but it's fairly ironic that it happened just then.

I've got a love hate relationship with silicone. It's soft and squishy which is never bad, but it picks up lint worse than my belly button. I'm using an Otterbox Commuter for the Eris right now which is I'm sure like most Otterbox cases, hard plastic and silicone, and I'm actually pretty fond of it so far.

Seido Innocase - I like it, but it adds a bit of bulk. Not enough for me to go bare unless it is a day I know I'll be in my office all day. I let my 2 year old play learning games on it and the case has done a good job keeping my Bolt very safe.

Seido Innocase Surface in sapphire w/ holster. Looks great, fits great, protected my phone when it took a spill onto an asphalt parking lot. I'm sure it isn't the cheapest, but the quality is there.

I started off without a case and now my Thunderbolt has a number of scruff marks. I just ordered a sexy white pop case yesterday from case-mate and regret now ordering it sooner :P

I have the hard cover case from Verizon, but I have been caseless most of the time since I got the extended battery.

I use an Otterbox Commuter case. It has a hard polycarbonate shell with a soft silicone lining and a screen protector. It hardly adds any bulk to my phone at all. I've had this on my HTC Eris since I got the phone almost 2 years ago, and my phone still looks brand new. An amazing feat, because I drive a big truck and often forget my phone is in my lap when I'm getting out - oops!!

You can see it here: OtterBox Commuter Series Cases

But, I bought it on Amazon - cheaper.

No cases ever. Phone is big enough as it is and don't need it any bigger especially in my pockets. Plus it is pretty sturdy and after dropping it a few times it's still all good.

I use a silicon case from VZW and it works well. Im extremely gentle with my phone when its on in a case. Using the silicon case I can put my phone down with fear of it stuffing. It was really bad with lint when I first got it but the oils in my hand has helped (read that somewhere online).

I have this case. Loving the crap out of it. My main thing about whatever case i was going to get was it had to make my phone look even sexier, not add alot of extra bulk and be easy to take off since i swap batteries almost everyday. This case does all of the above and pulls it off with swagger. This thing...man. You really gotta see it in person. Especially the white. Looks like a totally different phone with it on

I use a Seidio Convert. Keeps it well covered at work and I can strip it down, but still keep it protected on the weekends.

I just got my TB last night but a case is already on its way from ebay :) I got a cheapo $3 TPU case from some seller in Cali (loads faster than China for $1 more) and based on reviews I've read and see on youtube, it will fit my needs perfectly :)

I'll be sure to let you all know how it works! I only run a phone without a case if I don't like it, like my old env2 for example. I will say though, Ghost Armor on it (or the phone itself) made the phone almost indestructible...on the outside.

Video Review:

no case, had a silicon case for my incredible for awhile and hated it, never wanted a hard case. Nothing happened to that phone even when i dropped it on concrete so i am hoping the bolt is just as sturdy.

Lol, you made my day :)

Just got mine in the mail and she is a keeper!

I also bought mine for the exact same reasons. I am also always swapping batteries and I simplly refused to get a case that would make the phone look fugly.

I'm rocking the otterbox defender case..love it. Question? What's the difference between the commuter and defender?

that's perty!

personally i have a good screen protector and that's it. i have that VZW case that's hard to get off, but only rarely use it. :)

Thanks! It's the only case my wife and I would both like and thank goodness it was super cheap lol!!

I'll be sure to give a good video review of it once I get it in the mail (should be coming today, woot!). Stay tuned for me to update this post!

Oh...freaking...wow. Just like a woman and her shoes, i'm turning into a whore for sexy looking cases for my bolt. I've always had 1 case for my phones and stuck to it. Even if i saw another case that was dead sexy and belonged on my phone. I just rationalized it with "well, there's nothing wrong with my case, so why get another?". Well...i'll tell you why. Because if a woman can change her shoes everyday i can change my case everyday dammit!

Add to cart - checking out - order placed and on the way. Maybe i'll even do a little video review. For $8.99 on amazon, this case could be a piece of crap and i wouldn't feel too bad about it.
