Doc loading problem

I am unable to load a doc file downloaded on my Samsung S2. The following message appears: "wait while loading". Then nothing happens. Using Polaris Office app. File size is about 1.9 Mb. About 500 Mb free RAM. No problem with other, smaller doc files.

Have you tried redownloading the file again? Or even seeing if it is the correct file type...

This can cause issues like that, i would also suggest turning the device off, removing the battery, and restarting the device.
