Dock, htc at all?

Newbie
I was wondering if anybody knew how to get a htc dock on the lg esteem, like the dock where the phone, messaging, and internet normally are at, i've seen it done before but never knew how, i'm currently using go launcher so is there any way I can do it from there, please provide an in depth explanation or a video, I would greatly appreciate it! I also have the phone rooted if this helps

Well, I checked out the links above, and these are home replacement apps, if there any way I can go in the root explorer and download files and replace it?
 
YeH their is a way. Get launcher pro. Then go to your browser. Then search for a HTC dock icon and download it. Or you can download an app called "Droid icon" and search for HTC in the search bar in that app. Then go to appearancr in launcher pro and click custom dock. And go click the download picture of the HTC and your all set (:
 
I may or may not be playing around with a HTC Sense theme to port over....... I say may or may not be because dont get your hopes up...because so far Its a pain in the a** to say the least. Now I know why no one does it. Been playing around and trying to turn the stock LG launcher into basically a sense launcher...... And the font Sense uses looks like complete crap on this phone IMO. But hey alot of people like it.

Yeah, if Metro comes out with a Htc phone with good spec I would more then likely upgrade to it just cause I love sense.:p I hope they do at least. :)
