Root Dock Icon Pack to match Myn's 2.2 LP theme?

Anyone know how where i can get more dock icons like these? Mainly looking for a "Gallery" or "Pics" one (amongst a few others), and i haven't used PS in years so i don't think i could custom make one unless there's an easier method than making them from scratch...
