Help dodol Wallpaper Issue

dodol Wallpaper comes in handy for resizing pics that were too large to use as a wallpapper. I notice when I return to my homescreen that it shows the original size of the pic and then resizes it after a short delay. Has anyone had this happen with this app? I'm also wonderning if it is slowing down the speed of my phone (due to it struggling with resizing)?

Since I uninstalled Juice Defender, this resizing issue seems to have went away.
