Does anybody know what these notifications are

What device is this on? Knowing that could help narrow down some options.
The folder just looks like any generic folder. Could be a notification that a file was saved or any number of other things related to files on the device.
I have never seen the other notification. Could be a reminder to make a payment; could be something else entirely. Hard to say if it's coming from an installed app or something built into the system. With some more information about the device it might help someone recognize it if it's a device feature.
My best advice would be to ask the owner of the phone what apps they are.

The K one is for Ecolounge sunglasses, I saw the ad just now on fb. Also I keep getting spam messages for the company.
