Help Does anyone else have problems playing videos on their Evo?

I'm new to android phones. I had the Samsung intercept for a lil bit but it was too slow so I got the white Evo recently and when I try to watch videos it'll say cannot play video most of the time even on YouTube but when it does play a video it skips a lot and freezes n then it'll stop and say can not play very rarely does a video play perfect all the way through. I don't know why, so I thought someone on this forum might know. I put up a video on my Facebook from the talking tomcat and i can't even watch that. Please help! Thanks -Ashley

How is the connection? Are you having same problem with videos you recorded or installed iny our phone?

watching video through the web connection will be completely Dependant on the quality of your connection...be it wifi or 3g/4g if you have a bad signal, or if there is poor network quality (even with good signal) the video will not be received by your phone.

unfortunately, for about a month or so...sprints network has been spotty


try updating your prl and profile...sometimes that helps
