I saw those in premier when I looked into buying the phone online cause it was $269 non contract price. But I had to sign a contract for Xora, so what was the point?

Still don't know what it is.

Google tells me it is here, Xora — A global leader in the rapidly expanding Mobile Resource Management (MRM) market. It is a babysitter for your phone. You can track it using the phones GPS. Good for an employer or parent of an out of control kid. My opinion is that it is a rip off. We can track our phones for free using HTCSense.com.

Agreed. It's just like AT&T offering GPS navigation for an extra $10 a month, when you already have it free from Google. Just doesn't make sense.

Its AT&T FamilyMap https://familymap.wireless.att.com/finder-att-family/welcome.htm

While Google has GPS, it doesn't work like this I don't think. It's not navigating to a place but rather being able to see where all the devices on your account cross-platform are at any given moment. It's $9.99 for up to two family members and $14.99 for up to 5. For a parent its actually a really good tool imo.
