Does anyone know what this notification icon is?

Couldn't find which app it belongs to but nothing about it strikes me as a dating app. If you're concerned about it, you'll probably have to ask the person who's device you saw it on.
 
The thing is that it's vaguely familiar, but I couldn't place it nor could a reverse image search. It gives me a bit of a "shield" vibe, so my thought was firewall/security/ad-blocker, but searching those categories didn't come up with it.

As Brian says, 99% of these queries are someone concerned about a dating app on a partner's phone, and there's nothing about the design to suggest that.
