Does anyone know where the navigation bar (All Apps, recent, etc) background image is located/what it's called?

That just looks like a dock from Nova with a nice 3rd party icon set being used.

Transparent app drawer, showing the home screen behind it.

Most of it is in fusion.apk, and whatever skin like bluesky.apk and also com.htc.resources.apk.

It's not really in a centralized location. htc kinda spreads everything out.

Your best bet is to just pay attention and match images to find it.

I would definitely hit up the skin first for the slider tab
