I honestly can't remember if task managers said 1024mb before, but I happened to notice after all the flashing I did that it says 796mb total.
At least under hardware information in settings it says 1gb.
Is android just reserving ~200mb for the system and the 796mb is what's left for apps? Or is it like a computer with integrated video where a chunk of the system memory gets reserved for video? That actually makes sense to me, as I know on a PC if you have 1gb of ram and tell the bios it can have 128mb for the onboard video Windows will only report the remainder as your total memory.
