Help Does Galaxy Tab 2 has a built-in phone app?

Hello,

I was wondering if the galaxy tab 2 has a built-in phone app like every smartphone, or the SIM is used only for mobile network. I am asking this because I have a galaxy tab 2 10.1 (P5100) , it's the 3g version (already has a SIM inside), and I was thinking that maybe my carrier installed their own ROM and removed the phone app?

Unless you Data plan includes "voice" you will have to load normal prepaid airtime if you want to use the telephone fuction
 
Assuming I have "voice" in the data plan, should there be a Phone button like in my galaxy s3 or like in any smartphone to dial or there is no such a button on
Glaxy Tab 2 P-5100 and you should get it in other way?because I don't see that button, can you maybe upload a picture of it if it does exist?

In applications select the "phone" icon. From there you will have the dailer pad
 
PS to the above:

The phone app can also be accessed through the shortcut tab at the bottom of the screen
 
Thanks for replies, however,I am not talking about Skype, I am talking about a dialer to other phone numbers, does the P5100 has this option? you guys who own this tablet can call other phone numbers? because I can't see the dialer, that's why I started this topic, as I think my carrier installed their own ROM and removed it from some reason, so the main question is , is there a built in dialer like in phones, to call other phones, are you able to , for example , dial to a Samsung Galaxy 3 from your Galaxy Tab 2 P5100?

You haven't answered this but do you see a phone handset icon on the home screen or in the app drawer?

Nope!I do not see the handset icon! I was right! the carrier did install their own rom rom and removed it! I think they did that because they would pay more taxes as you pay more taxes here when you import phone devices! I think I'm going to download 3rd party dialers from the Play Store. is it safe?any recommendation?
