I've noticed that whenever my phone gets hot (either from overuse or being left out in the sun) I notice that I see the error message about the sd card being improperly removed. Is there something about temperature that could explain this?
1) NEVER leave a phone out in the direct sunlight. If you want a warranty replacement, leave it in a closed up black car in the summer. Otherwise leave it in the shade.
2) Yes, if it gets hot enough inside the case all sorts of strange things can happen.
