Help does not appear on the desktop

When down Google Earth does not appear on the desktop it is located with the downloaded software

Not sure if you're making a statement or asking a question.
I installed from the play store; it went in with all other apps.
You can always move it to your home screen if that's where you'd like it to be.

To make appear Google Earth on your home screen (desktop) open your apps drawer (downloaded software) and press long on the Google Earth app icon, it will appear on your home screen.
