Root Does s-on or s-off really change anything?

I have s-on but is there anything better/worse with s-off? Also whats the difference??

you can't update radios or use PC36IMG files to flash things in the bootloader unless it is signed by google. other then that there is no difference. on other phones there may be a huge difference. like the evo 4g lte there is a very big difference from s-on, unlocked vs s-off.

so it is up to you if you want to get s-off or not. for me i like the challenge....LOL
