Root Does such a ROM exist?

Is there a ROM out there that allows you to navigate through your phone without using the top half of your screen? I dropped my phone and broke the digitizer and don't have the money to buy a new one but the bottom half of the screen still works and I'd be ok just using that so does anyone know of any custom ROM's out there that make this possible? With a step by step 'how to'

Not sure of a rom to do that but the new ADW launcher will let you resize the screen area...

Yeah but that's only the homescreen. I'm pretty sure there's no rom anywhere like that
