Root does supersuser app void warranty?

HI there,

I know there has been a lot of threads about this subject, but I had to ask it one more time.

I have a moto milestone 2.1 (telus), I rooted it last month. Then an update from telus was pushed OTA, so I decided to accept it hoping it will unroot me the easy way. So sure enough it did, however now I am stuck with the superuser whitelist app, which is useless since I do not have root, hence cannot uninstall it.

I want to send my phone for repair to Motorola, do you think just having the superuser apk without root will void my warranty?

Or do you suggest I root back, uninstall superuser, than unroot before sending the phone for repaire?

Use and SBF file and RSDLite to install a clean ROM and that will remove the SuperUser app.

So that does not root my phone, just removes the superuser apk?

where can I find a clean rom for my milestone?

Never mind, I downloaded the universal androot app ([APP] [ROOT] 1-click root for N1 (Latest ver: 1.6.1) - xda-developers) and unrooted with it, it removed the superuse app.
