Come with a built in sound recorder or/and note app?
As I mentioned earlier in this thread - I am using Evernote now. The the main reasons are that it can handle standard note taking, auto-sync, and voice messages.
I hope this helps! HankAtrix

Note Everything is the best note app by far, nice widget for the home screen, and voice notes, regular notes and paint notes are easily created and stored, give it a try

hands down..Catch is the best!
You have the sticky notes widget for text notes.
About the voice recording built-in app, YES, the Atrix comes with an app for this, but you can only use it secondarily.
You have to go to messages and then create a new one. Once you're there, you have to touch the "squares menu icon" to display more options, then you have to select attach and another menu will be promted in which it appears the "Audio/Voice recording option". - Once you record the audio, you can go directly to your Files, and you'll find your recording with the .amr extension.
Unfortunately i havent found a direct way for using the voice recording app without opening other stuff!
Also and ironically, i recently dl the "iPhone" app from the market, which works as the home/menu screen of the iPhone. This app has the Voice Memos icon (like the iphone) and surprisingly it opens the "Atrix's Built in Voice recording app!!!!!".
I imagine that by using the terminal or rooting you can trace where the app is stored and somehow create a shortcut to open it directly. But of course it's easier to dl something else from the market.
I hope that Motorola soon release some kind of fix for this and let you use the app as a Widget.
I didn't eve know that the Atrix has a voice recording app(ish).
