Does the Charge support video chat w/ google talk?

Does the charge support video chat w/ google talk?

If an android phone has a front-facing camera, can one assume that it supports the video chat? I can't seem to find a list of phones that work with it.

I'd presume so. What's your Android version? Video chat with google take is only available in 2.3.4 and above as far as I'm aware.
