Accessories Does this all-in-one dock actually work?

This almost looks to good to be true, but it may be my final piece in my puzzle of trying to replace my iTouch with my DInc. It claims to be a cradle, charger and FM transmitter all rolled into one. Supposedly I can dock my DInc, plug in a couple of cables and play my media over my car radio as well as charge my DInc at the same time.

It seems to have a lot of good reviews, but there are also a few people on there who seem to hate the device. Has anyone here actually used this and how well does it work?

Looks like it plugs into the cig. lighter? I have a mount similar to this but it bounces around like crazy, so I took it out. FYI

I've got one similar for an iTouch that I'm planning on selling. The dock for my iTouch is solid. I have no issues with it bouncing.
