Help Does this App really work?

Does the app (widget) "App Cache Cleaner" really work each time I press the button? I usually do it but am never really sure it's doing anything...am I just wasting my time?, lol

Have you tried to confirm the files have been removed with a file explorer (astro, es file explorer)?

The idea of it sounds good. Sounds as if it should. Unless it causes sever damage I sermon reason not to try it.

Alsaces, you have a good point but if i may. With a good nandroid backup one would have nothing to fear.

I always use Apps2sd. It has an indication of how much was cleared. The pro version has a widget-I havent tried that

I use ES Task Manager to clear the cache on mine
