Does this Have 2.3 yet?

[micahdiablo]

I am still considering buying it and I was wondering does it possess 2.3?
I wanted to be able to use Skype and Google talk for Video chat.

No, not officially. there are leaked though,.so odds of an official build are decent, but samsung is terribly slow with up updates, so who knows.

If I applied a leak would it give me the functionality of google talk/skype video chat?

Skype has a modified apk over at XDA for users who flashed to 2.3. I've never tried google talk so I'm not sure on that one.
