Help Does this indicate water damage?

I've posted in another area of the forum, but need an answer desperately. Long story sort, I sold my old Inc on ebay and the buyer claimed it had water damage. ebay forced a refund and I just got the phone back today.

As far as I can tell, there is no water damage. However, the little green "void" sticker is a little lifted. Should I be concerned? The phone boots and seems to operate properly.

Contact with water is indicated by the white stickers on the inside turning red. (Although they sometimes fall off if exposed to a lot of water)
The green void sticker has to be removed to take the phone apart, but can be put back on if done careful enough.

No water damage on that phone ! EBAY will always side with the buyer. They can claim anything. It's pretty much automatic.
