does this phone come with an lte sim?

i need to know, i just got the device and there was no sim in it... i fear that it came with one and it got removed

YES! it comes with an LTE sim.

damn, so theres a little white removable card in the warp 4g that is required for lte? not a built in hidden sim? and does it come on the phone or on one of those credit cards

Yes! its a white removable card. Mine came in the phone. When I went to activate on the boost site, it noted that my MEID was linked to the card, but gave me the option to change the code associated with the LTE sim if it didn't match.
