Help Does this ROM exist?

Is there a ROM out there that allows you to navigate through your phone without using the top half of your screen? I dropped my phone and broke the digitizer and don't have the money to buy a new one but the bottom half of the screen still works and I'd be ok just using that so does anyone know of any custom ROM's out there that make this possible? With a step by step 'how to'

Only rom available for the attain that I know of is the gasmod. There r others in the works bpt haven't been released

when do you buy the phone send the phone to Samsung check if you till have warranty

I don't know of any Rom on any phone that has that function. Have you checked around your area or the internet on how much it is to replace a screen. They usually run about 70-100 dollars to fix. Sorry about your phone.
