As the title says, does this seem legit? Or do you think its a scam?

Scam or somebody that doesn't know what they are doing. HTC Sensation isn't "jailbroken". That's an iphone thing and so is the Cydia app hack. Steer clear is my advice.

Damn, I didn't even see the "Jailbroken" part. I figured a New Unlocked Sensation for under $300 was probably a scam.

The fact that he's advertising that you can steal apps on it makes it even more sketchy. To me that's like saying, "Buy my car and you can outrun any cop".

Any cop might be a challenge - I once saw a police Porche 911 Turbo (on the autobahn, I might add, so probably necessary! )

Usually I stay away from online ads with no pictures. That's why I like looking at the Android Forums classifieds section, there's pictures with user names attached.

Also, when looking at an add always be sure to read all of it word for word at least 2 times. I seen people buy stuff online, and get something unexpected, just because they didn't read the whole add.
