Does this suffer from the same plasticy camera lens cover issue as Desire?

Just wondering if the HD has the same poor photo quality simply because of a terrible plastic camera lens rather than the camera itself??

My camera works very well, macro shot are very impressive for a phone camera. Lens cover seems a very thin glass.. Have noticed that this little piece of glass does move freely in its fixing.

The lens cover seems to be glass.
No scratches after one week using the DHD

Just got mine but not impressed with the camera shots!
VERY blurry and can't take photos of anything moving at all.
Had a look for different settings but no luck.
Any ideas anyone?

yeah the DHD does seem to have a slow shutter, so things come out blurry if you shake, or if what you are taking a picture of moves. Some tips to improve general quality is to set sharpness to -2 because HTC has screwed up the sharpness algorithm of the sensor.
