Root Does unrevocked on work if youve flashed before?

It says reflash and im rooted now but does that mean if i completely restore i can use the one click unrevoked3 so i dont have to do all those steps i did to flahs the first time...
 
sorry when i first restored last week i had to downgrade to 2.1 then update to 2.2 then root and it took almost 2 hours since i didnt know what i was doing. But now i see the unrevoked method so my question is do i have to do the whole downgrade thing i did before or can i just use unrevoked to root?
